Renewing Momentum · Expanding Horizons · Advancing Forward — The 52nd JINHAN FAIR Concludes with Success

2025.10.27

On October 21-27, the 52nd Jinhan Fair for Home & Gifts (JINHAN FAIR) successfully took place at Poly World Trade Center Expo, Guangzhou (PWTC Expo). Spanning 85,000m2, this edition brought together 1,000+ exceptional exhibitors and welcomed professional buyers from 177 countries and regions. Strong participation was seen from the US, Italy, Germany, the UK, France, and other Western markets, while notable growth was recorded in attendance from Spain, Canada, Poland, Australia, Brazil, and more. Gathering industry players from around the globe, the fair showcased the vibrant growth and international reach of China’s home & gifts industry.

Attracting New and Returning Buyers: Weaving a Global Network of Opportunities

Over the years, JINHAN FAIR has solidified its position as the preferred sourcing platform for global buyers in the home & gifts industry. The fair welcomed both loyal buyers who have attended for over two decades and new buyers drawn by its reputation – reflecting steady growth in mature Western markets and a surge of momentum from emerging ones. Together, they’ve shaped a dynamic and diversified global sourcing landscape.

“I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been here – JINHAN FAIR is our go-to sourcing hub for the German market,” said Wolfgang Ladiges of Florissima GmbH (Germany), a regular buyer for more than 20 years. This time, he met with 50 to 60 suppliers, focusing on home décor and garden products. “Chinese products consistently deliver great value for money and hold a strong position in Germany,” he said. This enduring trust has fueled a partnership spanning over 20 years.

Mustafa Yolalmaz from Wall Studio (Turkey) has been a loyal attendee since 2008. Specializing in home décor and hotel supplies, he shared, “I’m a fan of JINHAN FAIR,” particularly valuing its efficient and buyer-friendly experience. As a seasoned buyer, Mustafa places great emphasis on quality – and finds that Chinese suppliers deliver not only reliability but also customized solutions. “I come to China because I like ‘Made in China,’ ” he said, noting that the products perfectly meet his needs for outfitting more than 1,000 hotel rooms.

Echoing the long-term trust of returning buyers was the enthusiasm of newcomers. Amal, a first-time buyer from the UAE, remarked, “JINHAN FAIR offers such a wide range of innovative and customized products, showcasing how professional and dependable Chinese suppliers are.” In just a few days, her team connected with 20 suppliers and found their ideal products.

This session of JINHAN FAIR attracted a broad spectrum of key buyers from Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Central Asia, and beyond. With Europe and North America laying a solid foundation, emerging markets accounted for a significantly larger share of buyers. From long-standing partners to first-time visitors, this increasingly diverse buyer base highlights the Chinese home & gifts industry’s steady shift away from single-market reliance toward a comprehensive global presence.

Leading Consumer Trends: Driving Industrial Upgrades through Design Innovation

Evolving global consumer aesthetics, coupled with growing demand for sustainability and functionality, are accelerating the transformation of Chinese home & gifts manufacturers from "Made in China" toward “Created and Designed in China.” At this edition of JINHAN FAIR, products that integrate diverse materials, innovative functions, and sustainable concepts drew the most attention from buyers – highlighting new consumer trends in the home & gifts sector.

Natural and renewable materials such as solid wood, rattan, woven ropes, and nutshells proved particularly popular. New products created using formaldehyde-free processes and biodegradable materials also stood out, aligning with the growing demand for healthy and low-carbon lifestyles. Multi-functional innovations – such as pet-friendly furniture, outdoor umbrellas that combine shade and lighting, and voice-interactive trendy toys – precisely matched consumers’ evolving needs by blending practicality and aesthetics.

In the Garden Zone, the booth of Suzhou Solargy New Energy Technology attracted constant crowds. The company has integrated solar technology and intelligent controls into outdoor shading products, transforming conventional umbrellas into system-based sun shelters. “Technological innovation is key to standing out, ” said Li Xiaoqiang, Head of Marketing. He noted that this eco-smart product secured several intent orders on the very first day of the fair – proving that innovation truly drives market value.

First-time exhibitor Zhong Shan Uniarts Home Decor strives to establish a differentiated edge through material innovation. Sales Manager Jane Zhou explained that the company has introduced innovative materials in lighting design, including cork, cement, and bricks. For example, the team reduced the thickness of soft stone to just 1mm to create a lampshade – allowing soft light to pass through and reveal the stone’s natural grain. This distinctive design has attracted strong interest from buyers in the Middle East and Europe. “We don’t follow trends blindly,” Jane said. “We tell our design story through material innovation. ” she said.

Addressing Demand with Precision: Deepening Global Reach through Quality and Service

Chinese enterprises are steadily navigating the complex international trade landscape by prioritizing both quality and strategic insights. At this fair, home exporters demonstrated keen insights into regional demand – introducing customized products aligned with local aesthetics while upgrading their end-to-end services to expand their global footprint with precision.

Having participated in nearly 50 sessions of the fair, Zhejiang Yaxing Group exemplifies a market-driven path of transformation. “We evolve with demand – from decorative to functional, from traditional materials to natural rattan and linen, and now to a brand new pet products line, ” said General Manager Xu Yumin. By optimizing their product portfolio and providing customized services tailored to diverse market needs, the company has maintained remarkable flexibility and sustained vitality in the global marketplace.

Guangdong Yitai Ceramics has chosen to compete through premium and differentiated offerings. “We no longer compete on price, but on added value, ” said General Manager Li Bihan. The company has successfully built a loyal customer base at JINHAN FAIR by targeting emerging markets in the Middle East and South America with distinctive niche designs. From quality control to after-sales service, from supply chain coordination to bespoke solutions, Yitai’s comprehensive service upgrades allow “Services from China” to go global alongside “Made in China.”

For Longyou Hobby Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd., a specialist in wool felt products, AI has dramatically boosted its competitiveness. While designers could create only three new concepts every day, AI now helps generate 60 design proposals daily, with over 30 of them being directly implemented into production, said General Manager Hu Haibo. This accelerated design cycle not only offers overseas buyers a broader selection but also enables the company to sustain a leading edge in continuous innovation.

Amid a complex and ever-evolving global trade landscape, Chinese home & gifts enterprises are advancing with steady purpose – anchored by quality and propelled by innovation. As a world-renowned one-stop sourcing fair for home & gifts with a 25-year legacy, JINHAN FAIR has long served as a driving force for the industry – fostering high-quality development through innovation and collaboration and showcasing the vitality and competitiveness of China’s home décor exports.

Looking ahead, JINHAN FAIR will continue to leverage its expertise to help more Chinese businesses expand their global presence and elevate their brand value, jointly propelling the industry forward toward shared growth and mutual success.
