As a premium trade matching platform, GSF continues to help Chinese businesses expand their trade channels. This edition of GSF has grown even larger in both exhibition area and influence, marking another milestone in scale and impact.
This fair brings together leading exhibitors from key industries such as hardware and tools, home appliances, and automobiles, motorcycles and accessories, attracting professional buyers from across the globe. Driven by close collaboration between government and industry, the event is buzzing with business opportunities — an efficient, pragmatic international sourcing festival is now in full swing!
Expanded Fair
Boasts a Stellar Lineup of Exhibitors
To accommodate more premium suppliers, this fair has added a new Metro Exhibition Hall, further meeting the diverse sourcing needs of global buyers. The exhibition floors are bustling with buyers from around the world searching for products, negotiating partnerships, and placing orders. A total of 682 top-tier exhibitors — including Bestir, Asaki, Shiwang, Robust Deer Tools, Joyhoo Sanitary Ware, KY Pneumatic, Sanye Group, Langxiang, Honglong Technology, BeHappy, and Kende Mechanical & Electrical — are showcasing a wide array of products. These range from hand tools, power tools, home hardware, construction hardware, machinery and equipment, and electromechanical products in hardware and tools; motorcycle vehicles, parts and accessories, new energy vehicles and core components, automotive/motorcycle supplies, and repair and maintenance products; and kitchen appliances, household appliances, personal care and health devices, and BBQ accessories in home appliances.

Government–Business Synergy
Drives Industrial Clusters’ Growth in Scale and Quality
This edition of GSF further deepens cooperation between government and industry, partnering with more local authorities from key industrial clusters across China. Business delegations from Hebei, Lianjiang (Guangdong), Taizhou (Zhejiang), Qingdao (Shandong), Nanjing (Jiangsu), Shangqiu (Henan), Jiaxing (Zhejiang), Chongqing, Linyi (Shandong), and Quanzhou (Fujian) have gathered at the fair to showcase China’s manufacturing strengths and regional characteristics. Leveraging coordinated efforts between governments and enterprises, GSF continues to integrate high-quality resources and empower Chinese companies to reach broader international markets.
Upgraded Business Matching
Ensures Efficient Deal-Making
On the opening day, the business matching sessions were packed to capacity. Thanks to an upgraded matching system, buyers and suppliers engaged in highly efficient communication, with dedicated sessions for regions such as Taizhou and Foshan achieving remarkable results. Professional buyers from Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia participated in one-on-one meetings with exhibitors in a vibrant and focused atmosphere. They widely praised the improved format and efficiency of GSF’s matching services, which helped them quickly identify the right partners.
Mr. Kundmauli, a buyer from India, noted that he successfully matched with 15 high-quality suppliers during his first GSF experience - calling the sessions “highly productive.” Mr. Jorg D. Grubelnik, attending for the second time, connected with over 30 suppliers on the very first afternoon and said he was impressed by the extensive range of innovative products on display. A representative from Egypt’s AKON International Co. Ltd., a loyal GSF participant, expressed his delight at returning once again, commenting that “each edition of GSF keeps getting better.”

Interactive Experiences
Ignite Vibrant Engagement
The motorcycle test drive zone drew lively crowds as buyers took turns experiencing product performance firsthand. Many remarked that it was their first time test riding motorcycles at an event of this kind — an engaging experience that boosted their purchasing confidence. Over the next three days, GSF will continue to host a series of efficient business matching sessions, with extended opening hours until 8 p.m. and a relaxing after-party to encourage deeper networking between global buyers and top Chinese manufacturers.

With upgraded services, the 5th GSF is connecting opportunities worldwide and driving high-quality growth in foreign trade. On October 14–17, at Poly World Trade Center Expo, Guangzhou – stay tuned for more excitement ahead at GSF!
