4th China International Silver Industry Exhibition Successfully Promoted in Japan

On February 15, 2017, the introduction and promotion conference for the 4th China International Silver Industry Exhibition (SIC) was successfully held in the Hyatt Hotel of Osaka.

Those present at the conference included Fu Jun, Chairwoman of Board of Supervisors of Poly Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. and President of Guangzhou Poly Jinhan Exhibition Co., Ltd., Sato Hiroshi, Director of Division of Health Management under the Service Department of Jetro, Saito, Deputy Director General of the International Association of Integrated Rehabilitation, Feng Zhengmiao, representative of Osaka Office, Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Li Jiahe, General Manager of Poly Property Development Co., Ltd., Cai Dongxiang, General Manager of Guangzhou Poly Jinhan Exhibition Co., Ltd., and Zhao Guangfeng, Deputy General Manager of Poly Property Development Co., Ltd., etc.


There were also representatives from Japanese organizations, including those from more than 10 industrial associations such as the Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry, more than 50 Japanese exhibitors such as TOTO, Panasonic and Yasui, as well as 10 Japanese media including JWP Media, Finance Weekly, Japan and Kansai Chinese Times. They attended in large numbers, livening up the conference with discussion and negotiation.

Fu Jun, Chairwoman of Board of Supervisors of Poly Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. and President of Guangzhou Poly Jinhan Exhibition Co., Ltd., delivered a welcome speech first. According to her, the senior care industry started relatively late in China. However, thanks to the robust demands in the market and the great support from the state, it has entered into a golden age, which will create more opportunities for China and Japan to conduct more extensive and deeper cooperation, realize mutual benefits and win-win results for both sides.

Sato Hiroshi, Director of Division of Health Management under the Service Department of Jetro said, as China's senior care industry is growing rapidly, it is the best time to expand the market in China now. SIC 2017 will be the best bridge to lead Japanese enterprises to the Chinese market, and Jetro will make as much effort as possible to support and assist Japanese enterprises to exhibit at the exhibition.

Zhao Guangfeng, Deputy General Manager of Poly Property Development Co., Ltd., introduced the strategic layout and measures taken by Poly Real Estate in the field of senior housing. She pointed out that Poly Real Estate has taken healthy senior care service business as the company's strategic development direction, and worked hard to satisfy nearly 1 million customers' life-cycle demands, so as to build up a senior care mode integrating establishments, community and home, combine health management and senior care, and develop the whole industrial chain layout.

Cai Dongxiang, General Manager of Guangzhou Poly Jinhan Exhibition Co., Ltd., introduced the advantages of SIC 2017. This session will feature four highlights: First is the upgrade of professional sector. The assistive device industry will be introduced. Second is to highlight brand effect and bring together quality buyers, including those top notch ones from various fields such as the Chinese authorities of civil affair and health, disabled persons' federations, senior care industry development and investment companies, distributors and agents of daily necessities for the elderly. Exhibitors, by taking advantage of SIC, can upgrade their business channels, strengthen their brand value, seize more market share, and create new opportunities for business cooperation. Third is to organize many international theme forums covering hot issues of the industry, and concurrent ‘one to one’ match-making and procurement conferences. Fourth is promotion from different perspectives in an all-around manner. We aim at getting as much media exposure as possible so as to help international brands to expand the Chinese market. Meanwhile, with the great potential of China's healthy senior care market, Poly Jinhan will organize the Care & Rehabilitation Expo China, the third largest one of the kind in the world, at the China National Convention Center in Beijing from September 13 to 15, 2017. The two exhibitions, one in Beijing and the other in Guangzhou, will join to further integrate the resources in China's healthy senior care market.

As China's largest international event for the silver industry, SIC has established close cooperation relationship with many Japanese enterprises leading the industry. At SIC 2016, the Japanese pavilion caught visitors' eyes by presenting many reputed international brands, and attracted a lot of top notch buyers to conduct procurement and negotiate for trade. Mr. Gao Kai, Chief Representative for China of Yasui Architects & Engineers, Inc., delivered a speech on behalf of Japanese exhibitors. He shared the experience in successfully entering into the Chinese market, saying that SIC has played an important role in helping Japanese enterprises expand the Chinese market and his company has attained remarkable achievements by exhibiting at the exhibition.

SIC has seen three continuous successful sessions and grown into a leading brand among domestic exhibitions of the kind. The 4thsession will be held from November 16 to 18, 2017 in Guangzhou China, featuring a total exhibition area of 30,000 square meters, 350 exhibitors and 50,000 visitors. It will be divided into four theme sectors, including Barrier-Free Living, Rehabilitation and Care, Smart Senior Care, and Health Maintenance, and present the most cutting-edge technologies and the latest trends in the global senior care industry in an all-around manner, which will give a comprehensive overview and the latest results of the development of China's industrial chain of senior care. Overseas pavilions of Australia, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan will be present again, and reputed enterprises from France and the Netherlands will exhibit in groups


SIC will continue to bring its international advantages into full play and build a platform for one-stop business and trading exchanges so as to provide the best choice for Japanese senior care enterprises to expand the Chinese market.
